Overview
The Enriched Air Nitrox course offers the opportunity to extend the no-decompression times of your dive, offering longer bottom times (where local logistics and air supply allow).
Prerequisites
Minimum age: 12
Course prerequisite: enrollment in Open Water Diver
Divers 12 or older can earn a PADI Enriched Air Diver certification as part of their PADI Open Water Diver course. Ask your instructor for more information.
About the Course:
What is Enriched air nitrox? Enriched air nitrox is an artificial gas mixture of nitrogen and oxygen. During the course, you will learn to plan and conduct dives using Enriched air of up to 40% O2.
